We're based on Addison Road, Port Talbot near Aberavon Beach.
When are the sessions?
We have sessions available every weekday morning (between 6-10:30am), lunch (between 12-1:30pm) and evening (4-8:30pm) plus Saturday mornings (7-11am).
How long are the sessions?
Every session is 45-minutes long.
Are the session days and times flexible?
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week.
When can I start?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.
When are the intro sessions?
We have intro sessions available every Saturday morning.
How much is it?
The challenge is currently £300 £189.
Do I need to be fit already?
Nope. We'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
What if it doesn't work for me?
If you stick to the program and don't get any results, we'll give you double your money back.
What happens after the challenge?
You can choose to become a full member or we can part ways if you decide we're not for you.
